Shipping & Returns

Green shipping:

(hā) ships all orders using environmentally safe and fully recyclable packaging mailers.

Shipping Information for U.S. / APO & FPO addresses:

All orders flat rate shipping of $5.

*additional shipping charges may apply to heavy, oversized or bulk orders. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless mis-shipped by (hā).

All shipments originate from Hawaii & US mainland.
We ship anywhere in the US and US Territories.
Orders are shipped by United States Postal Service.

(hā) ships Monday through Friday. (Except Holidays see Postal Holiday Dates.
All orders $200.00 and over will be insured and require a signature upon delivery.
If you would like to insure products of lesser value please send e-mail to: share@haorganicclothing.com
Orders will be shipped within 3 working days from the date of your order.
Allow 5-7 working days for delivery from Hawaii to US addresses (this is not guaranteed)
Orders being shipped within the state of Hawaii will be charged a sales tax 4.667%.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been shipped.

All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of your order date.

and note your reason for return or note the item you purchased and the item you would like instead.
Returned and exchanged merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.
(ha) staff will send an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#) or an Exchange Merchandise Authorization# (EMA#)
This is ensure proper credit and authorization for your return or exchange.
(hā) staff must authorize all returns /exchanges.
Enclose the original packing slip with your return / exchange.
